About Dark Eyes - a Nsfw casca zine

This zine is focused on erotic Casca fanworks, thus contributors must be at least 18 years of age.Previous works, which have been already posted online, cannot be reused for this zine.Contributors are not limited on how many works they submit to the zine as long as all are completed by the final check-in. Illustration, comics, and writing are all welcome!The zine is NSFW, but works can range from a suggestive pin-up to more explicit content. Casca can be solo or with other canon adult characters.Contributors are required to have a Discord account as Discord will be the main communication platform.Contributors must not share their works (including WIPs) outside the discord server until permitted by the moderation team. Once sales have concluded, everyone will be free to share and use all their work freely.Contributors must submit to all check-ins.

🎇Contributors must submit an initial draft of their work. The submission occurs on Discord.
2nd July - Check-in 2: 50% completion
🎇Artists must submit the complete line art of the planned work. For writers, the draft must have a clear structure and be ½ completed. The submission occurs on Discord.
15nd August - Check-in 3: 75% completion
🎇Artists must be almost done with either coloring or rendering process. The writers’ draft must be complete and ready to undergo proof-reading. The submission occurs on Discord.

Templates can be provided for those having difficulties setting either the right format or color setting.Please use the following writing software for your fanfiction: Google Doc. The word count of the final draft should be around 1.5-5k words.This is a non-profit project. Eventual profits will be donated to Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN).If works do not follow these guidelines, it will result in the work not being included in the final zine. Furthermore, disrespectful and discriminatory behavior won’t be tolerated. Plagiarism, use of AI, toxicity, persistent negativity, hateful content of any sort (i.e. racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, name calling etc), defamation, and bad faith towards moderators or any member of this project is prohibited.

This project is an unofficial, not for profit fanzine. It is a collection of fan-created art and writing celebrating Casca from Berserk that is compiled in a booklet form and will be published online only, as a PDF.What is the theme of this fanzine?

YES.What kind of art/fic is allowed?
This zine was conceptualized because the mods noticed that there were relatively few Casca-centric doujinshi that did not involve heavy noncon kink. Our goal with this zine is to cater to Berserk readers/Casca fans who are interested in explicit works involving her, but who do not want to see her in (more) nonconsensual situations. To that end, the only definite rule is that any art/or fic contain only explicit consensual sex and/or scenarios - though of course due to the dark subject matter within Berserk itself, references to canon rape and/or sexual assault are allowed.Otherwise there really are no limits to what you can create! Casca can either be solo or in a pairing, and anything from suggestive softcore content to explicit R18 is totally fine.Are there any rules about what pairings we can include?
We ask that you only include pairings involving characters who are adults in the current canon timeline.How many people will you accept to this zine?
We expect that the vast majority of applicants will be accepted, as this is a digital-only zine with no print copies. However, if we receive very large numbers of applicants, we may have to reconsider. If this is the case, we will communicate that via our social media accounts.What are length/completeness requirements for art and fic?
For fic, 1.5k words to ~5k, with some wiggle room if you want to write slightly more. For art, full color or grayscale is alright, but pieces must be “complete” ie no lineart, sketches, WIPs. Please view our contributor guidelines for detailed art specs.Can I submit AI art?
